Jeff DeGraff is Professor of Management and Organizations at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Jeff’s research and writing focuses on leading innovation. He is co-author of several books including Creativity at Work, Leading Innovation and Competing Values Leadership. His public television program Innovation You introduces his ideas about innovation to viewers across America. Jeff’s opinions on contemporary business matters are covered by NPR, Forbes, Fortune and the Wall Street Journal to name a few. He writes syndicated columns and blogs for Huffington Post, Psychology Today and Wired. He has his own channel on Big Think, Connecting the Dots of Innovation. He has consulted with hundreds of the world’s most prominent firms and has developed a broad array of widely used creativity and innovation methodologies and tools. Jeff is a popular speaker at top venues and conferences including TED. Dr. DeGraff founded a leading innovation institute, Innovatrium, with labs in Ann Arbor and Atlanta. Jeff got his nickname, the Dean of Innovation, while he was a member of the executive team at Domino’s Pizza when it was one of the fastest growing businesses in the world in the 1980’s.

Chris is part of Gartner's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) research organization and has published research on CRM and e-commerce, including specific coverage on CRM Lead Management, digital e-commerce, price optimization, partner management, and related marketing/sales/e-commerce topics. Chris has been quoted in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Information Week, and in several web publications, and speaks frequently at industry and trade events.

Kris O'Brien is currently eCommerce Manager at Colgate Palmolive's Global Information Technology organisation where he has worked for over 8 years. He is responsible for the design, development and delivery of their global eCommerce technology bundle with specific focus on B2B channels using Hybris and Digital Asset Management.

Kris led the eCommerce solution evaluation process in early 2012 which lead to Colgate Palmolive procuring the Hybris Commerce platform in July of that year. He subsequently led the pilot implementation for Colgate's Swiss subsidiary which went Live in June 2013 and continues to drive Hybris initiatives with the global and regional Business and IT groups.

Nancy Beiersdorf is the Head of Global eCommerce & Customer Strategy at Medtronic, Inc. – the world’s largest medical technology company. Her team is responsible for continuously improving the ‘Order to Cash’ value stream through data analytics, business process improvement, change management and the creation of seamless customer experiences. She has been the primary sponsor of a multi-country SAP / hybris eCommerce platform & customer initiative since April 2012.Nancy has 25 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Manufacturing industries, where she has lead enterprise and divisional functions in various consulting, auditing and program management roles, including international assignments with Medtronic in Hong Kong, India and Australia. She is a two time Medtronic CIO Award winner for initiatives that demonstrated excellence in process globalization, collaboration and innovation. While at Deluxe Corporation, her team received the Impact Award by America’s SAP Super Users Group for achieving significant business results through their implementation of SAP.

Nancy has an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, a bachelor degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University and is a CPA.

She lives in Stillwater, MN with her husband and their three boys.
