Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with various teams across the company to discover improvements and innovations in service offers
  • Guide improvements and innovations to service offers through the execution cycle
  • Communicate the development progress and engage a broad range of stakeholders across the organization to secure alignment
  • Collaborate with other teams within SAP where required e.g. Legal, Finance, Service Portfolio
  • Help drive the CEC service portfolio strategy. Develop and deliver on specific portfolio roadmaps
  • Promote our service offers within SAP
  • Deliver technical and business level training of components of the CEC services portfolio where required

Your Qualifications
  • University degree in computer science, comparable education or job experience
  • At least 10 years of total work experience, at least 5 or which were in a consulting or architect role
  • At least 2 years experience with eCommerce / Multichannel
  • Deep domain knowledge in at least 2 of the following topics: Order Management Systems (OMS), CRM, Product Information Management (PIM) and Web Content Management System (WCMS)
  • Advantageous to have experience of implementing and supporting large, complex multi domain, multisite, server-based systems/networks, ideally within an external customer facing and SLA- driven environment
  • Sound experience in Java/JEE. Knowledge of the Java Spring framework is an advantage
  • Previous customer facing experience, preferably working with technical and business personnel. Highly developed problem solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactive, creativity, sound planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus, ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast paced environment
  • Very good English language skills (verbal & written)
  • Sound knowledge in all MS Office tools
  • Sound knowledge of at least one UML tool
  • Open-minded, strong in communication
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Achievement orientation, creative thinking and enthusiasm
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to pick up things quickly
