The consultancy firm offers its customers continuous marketing, sales and service support from strategy advice and process optimization to implementation and management. As longtime consultancy and implementation partner of SAP we were awarded with the SAP Regognized Expertise and the SAP Gold Partner status. Established in 2000 by Bernd Hesse, Uwe May and Mark Roes, maihiro is based in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Vienna and today employs more than 140 staff. In 2017, the consultancy firm won the SAP HANA® Cloud Platform App Contest with “maiTour”, an add-on for the SAP® Hybris® Cloud for Customer solution. In the same year, the “Top Job” seal of quality followed. To date, maihiro has successfully implemented more than 500 CRM projects in various business sectors across the globe.
