  • Your Responsibilities
    • Line manager role for the Project Managers on assigned accounts
    • Be an escalation point for project issues
    • Establish coordination between partners, customers & hybris
    • Prepare and contract with customers for new work
    • Play a leadership role within the team
    • Oversee projects budgets with responsibility for profitability
    • Assess staff performance
    • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of hybris service standards and methodologies
    • Promote hybris Professional Services approach/service offering to partners/customers
    • Actively participate in high-level workshops and project setup planning with partners/customers
    • Provide status to Management
  • Your Qualifications
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
    • 3 years’ experience as team manager
    • 10 years’ experience in a customer relationship role and/or project management and/or account management role
    • PMP certification (an asset)
    • E-commerce, software development experience
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed clients' expectations and incorporate urgency and strong service ethic into all aspects of the job
    • Sound understanding of technical principles
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Sound knowledge of all MSOffice tools including MS projects
    • Achievement orientation, creative thinking and enthusiasm
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Self-motivated, ability to pick up things quickly
    • Ability to prioritize: multi-projects environment
