Director, Global B2C (m/f)

hybris is searching for a dynamic Director Global B2C to join it’s team. The Director, Global B2C will be responsible for managing the existing iCongo customer base, migrations and B2C.
  • Your Responsibilities
    • Manage and maintain the existing B2C Customer base.
    • Manages product migrations; demand generation, partner enablement and customer retention for all B2C business.
    • Support the Global B2C sales process.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in B2C accounts.
    • Participate in product roadmap definition.
    • Provide global sales support.
    • Contributes to the growth of hybris business through the creation and sharing of knowledge and best practices.
  • Your Qualifications
    • Bachelor degree (preferred) in eCommerce, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Experience in selling IT or e-commerce solutions to one or more of the following industries: Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment and/or Trade Show/Events productions
    • Experience in the e-Commerce industry is an asset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Excellent presentation, organizational and planning skills.
    • Strategic thinker with sales intelligence, a strong presence and the ability to influence and drive customer vision.
    • Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients.
    • Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote), and to meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to travel internationally as required (60 to 80%).
