Senior Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the whole product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering teams, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Expectations and Tasks
  • Build market leading and innovative software
  • Work closely together with the product management team, software architects, engineers and UI/UX designers to create use cases and user stories that translate business requirements into system/functional specifications
  • Perform competitive analysis in determining and prioritizing feature requirements for existing and new products
  • Act as subject matter expert and enable the sales and services organization for success
  • Communicate product capabilities and plans to internal and external audiences
  • Working in an agile environment by defining Epics, Features, and User Stories for development teams
  • Work closely with a development team on developing the product in the role of a Product Owner
  • Speak at Technology related occasions

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

Required skills:

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with engineering teams in an Agile software environment
  • A passion for defining and delivering technical excellence
  • Must be able to travel 10-30% of the time
  • Good verbal and written English Ability to work as part of a self-organizing team

Preferred skills

  • Development background is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration

Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Minimum of 10 year experience in developing Ecommerce solutions
