The hybris-LivePerson Integration provides hybris customers who use LivePerson LiveEngage an easy, fast integration under the hybris open, standards-based commerce platform. This integration package enables installation of Chat functionality in the hybris WCMS module, pre-built use cases for search and cart abandonment, and integration of hybris page details into the LivePerson customer service interface.
