hybris to Lead Social Media Panel at the Bazaarvoice Social Summit

The event invites leading social strategists and executives to share trends guiding the future of social, and strategies for using social data to put customers at the heart of business. The event features keynotes from industry leaders, interactive sessions tailored to fit individual learning goals and cross-industry networking opportunities.
At the Social Summit, hybris will moderate a professional panel titled “Monetizing Social Media.” In recent years, the social enterprise has emerged as a successful influencer across marketing, sales, product and customer service. Panelists will discuss how businesses can use social networks to drive higher return on investment, build brand loyalty and attract new customers.
