Receptionist - Office Administrator

hybris is searching for an Receptionist / Office Administrator to join its team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this Receptionist / Office Administrator will provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within our fast growing company. The position requires great interpersonal skills, organization, and autonomy. Our work environment offers a dynamic setting as well as a collaborative and energetic team.   • Your Responsibilities
    • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages (Bilingual)
    • Welcome all visitors: customer service philosophy
    • Open and date stamp all general correspondence and send out courier and Fedex
    • Assist in Managing conference rooms for meetings and telephone calls
    • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
    • Day to day office management
    • Assist the Finance department with various tasks
    • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Your Qualifications
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Perfectly bilingual (written, spoken) in French and English
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely by email, phone, and in person with a high degree of professionalism
    • Dynamic and likes to be involved
    • Outstanding organizational skills while working with multiple tasks
    • Excellent customer service
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Must be punctual, dependable and responsible
