Q2C Operational Lead (Sales Ops)

  • Your Responsibilities
    • Drive deployment of Q2C process into hybris.
    • Engage with SAP Program leads and principals.
    • Drive Communication, Training, and Management of Change for all impacted teams and Organization.
    • Document process, and ensure audit compliance.
    • Monitor deployment, and propose Action plan to increase Adoption & Quality.
    • Define all required parameters for hybris (deal approval matrix, errors, escalation path..).
    • Define and validate with key stakeholders the hybris business requirements for Q2C
    • Handle Issues and Escalations.
    • Design process or drive required re-engineering.
    • Manage Commercial Deal Support:
    • Act as operations liaison between teams (Finance team, Sales, SSC, ..) through the Q2C process.
    • Ensure master data availability and quality (e.g. ensure that customer masters are created properly)
    • Escalation point on Quotations.
    • Define/Communicate Calendar.
    • Training/Support/Ops for all hybris AE’s.
    • Reports/Analytics on Q2C:
    • Reports on completeness, errors preventing closing.
    • Reports to measure accuracy, control, discounts level
  • Your Qualifications
    • 5-7+ years of extensive relevant experience in Operations
    • Solid project Management experience and methodology
    • In-depth analytical and extensive problem solving skills
    • Knowledge and use of following applications: SAP CRM and CMS system, MS Excel & MS Power Point, Business Objects
    • Professional English language skills
    • Good understanding of Sales mechanics
    • Ability to communicate and interact at all org levels
    • Self-motivated and independent
    • Communication skills and customer-service mentality
