Your Responsibilities
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks on behalf of managers in the organization, such as travel booking and expense claims, purchase orders, and more
  • Providing assistance to the leaders for communication management, scheduling reporting
  • Creation of meeting minutes and reports
  • Other administrative tasks

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar professional qualification desirable, optimally in an IT or business-related field
  • At least 2 years in a similar role, optimally in the IT industry
  • Sound knowledge in all MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint, obligatory
  • Experience with SAP applications such as travel & expenses, obligatory
  • Native-level German language skills, obligatory
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken & written), obligatory
  • A strong affinity to IT and the will to learn new things quickly
  • Achievement orientation, creative thinking and enthusiasm
  • Open-minded, strong in communication
  • Team-oriented working style
  • Absolute trustworthiness and confidentiality
