Customer Relations Manager

  • Your Responsibilities

    • Act as customer advocate within hybris
    • Empathically engage with customers and hybris departments (sales, marketing, account management, etc) to promote ideas and concepts and create an active knowledge sharing environment
    • Manage a small, young team and develop them into fellow customer advocates
    • Responsible for data mining and data quality
    • Use collected data to give meaningful insights into customer requirements to various hybris departments in form of reports, statistics, etc. and through personal communication
    • Optimize and develop our business processes around customer data management and our Customer Reference Program
  • Your Qualifications
    • Minimum of bachelor degree in economics, finance or related discipline
    • Substantial experience with CRM and data structuring/segmentation
    • A proven record of turning raw data into clear and achievable business goals and actions
    • Experience in customer facing sales roles
    • Marketing experience of advantage
    • Structured and analytical approach to work
    • High degree of self-motivation
    • SAP CRM experience of advantage
    • Excellent English and German skills, both verbal and written
