  • Your Responsibilities
    • Define yearly account plans that address overall customer objectives, strategy, governance, roadmap, requirements (business, features and channels) and budget
    • Provide strategic direction/insight and product information to customers and help customer design their business strategy to ensure that they leverage the hybris platform to its fullest
    • Capture customer data
    • Generate and qualify expansion opportunities within your customer’s organization (additional licenses and other services)
    • Act as the internal advocate and escalation point for your customers and facilitate their access to hybris services (professional services, support, training, etc.)
    • Establish referenceable customers
    • Actively participate in customer marketing and communications strategies
    • Support the sales, professional services, training and finance teams, as required
  • Your Qualifications
    • BA or Master degree in Computer Science, Management, Marketing or equivalent
    • Previous experience in account management
    • Ecommerce background and understanding of channel commerce strategy and platforms
    • Business knowledge of specific industries, i.e. Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Distribution
    • Experience with SAP CRM
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
    • Excellent oral and written English and German
    • Ability to establish and manage relationships with customers at C-Level
    • Exposure to software sales
    • Strong ability to find solutions to complex problems
    • Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams like services and support, as well as navigate in changing environments
    • Experience in commerce strategy and project implementation
    • Ability to deliver on time, as promised
    • Strong organizational and management skills
    • Passionate individual and team player with a creative mind and strong business sense
    • Transparent working methodology
    • Availability to travel (10% to 25%) once or twice a month, 1-3 days at a time

  • Your Responsibilities
    • Leading an international Team of Business Development Representatives across EMEA that carry out the following main tasks:
      - Qualifying leads coming through different sources; website, telephone and email
      - Generating new business by contacting potential new clients using telephone and email
      - Nurturing new business opportunities for the sales force to pursue including cross selling/upselling
    • Developing and executing account plans to maximize prospecting efforts within EMEA
    • Supporting the Business Development team on the day today tasks to maximize efficiency
    • Working very closely with Account Executives/Field Sales reps to improve business relations and produce accurate sales forecasts
    • Ensuring team’s quota is achieved
    • Applying knowledge of hybris to demonstrate how prospects can overcome business issues
    • Support the team in identifying target accounts within EMEA
    • Working very closely with Marketing to help execute and follow up various marketing campaigns
  • Your Qualifications
    • A bachelor´s degree or equivalent
    • Proven track record of successfully leading a team in either sales or business development, within the software industry
    • Successful experience in lead generation role focused on Enterprise Software, preferably in the e-commerce industry
    • Demonstrable phone-based selling skills required
    • Able to demonstrate proven track record of profitable sales growth
    • Strategic sales skills with well-developed influencing abilities
    • Experience working with multiple departments
    • Experience in commission based role
    • Confident in engaging with C-level and Director prospects
    • Good command of MS office
    • Goal-orientated, flexible and open minded personality, with a desire to succeed in sales and a high attitude for learning
    • Excellent German and English language skills
