at this event, we have set up the following briefing document.

BOOTH LOCATION - ZENITH

Booths will be located in the catering and exhibition area as shown in the floor plan below. Please rank your preferred booth location (1-18) and send to partnersummit@hybris.com. The spots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
 
 
We will provide you with the following:
•  Booth set up  
•   Screen
•  Electricity
•   Literature rack
 
Please bring along:
•  Laptop including charging cable and power adapter if necessary
•  Mac-Users adapters for screen cable
•  Your promotion materials / give aways (please also see
“Delivery of Information Material”)
 
 
 
 
Branding
Please note that you have one entire wall of your sponsor booth at the Zenith for branding. (= Wall B)
You can either send us the complete graphic files or have our design agency do the branding for you. If so, please provide us with complete input, what content/logo/graphics you want where.
Please send us your graphic files or briefing for design latest until
December 19th, 2014. (strict deadline!)

The booths at the Zenith should be manned
Monday, February 9th:
closed (no session during day,
just evening reception)

Wednesday, February 11th:

Thursday, February 12th:

DELIVERY OF INFORMATION MATERIAL

In case you are planning to send material (flyers, brochures, give aways, etc.) up front to the Summit venue, please make sure to label boxes with the total amount of boxes, your company name, and the name of the event "hybris Summits 2015/COMEO".
