Modern Terminals Selects SAP hybris Billing to Innovate Financial Management and Improve Customer Satisfaction

Hong Kong – 16 June, 2015: hybris software, an SAP company, today announced that Modern Terminals Limited (MTL) has selected the SAP hybris Billing solution to provide a 360-degree view of financial information and deliver real-time insights on revenue performance. The solution will enable MTL to streamline and transform the order-to-cash process that can be integrated with the operator’s enterprise resources planning system. MTL targets to automate the processes of dealing with mass data from multiple billing systems and different payment channels and drive better customer experience in its digital business models.

MTL plans to deploy SAP Convergent Invoicing and SAP Customer Financial Management which are two core components of the SAP hybris Billing solution. SAP Convergent Invoicing helps automate and simplify the billing and invoicing process and consolidate service pricing to produce invoices and enhance cash flow. It also enables companies to produce a single customer bill across multiple lines of business, reduce billing-related customer inquiries, and streamline collections and receivables management. SAP Customer Financial Management provides complete customer financial information to answer inquiries and make decisions about accounts. Highly automated revenue management and collections reduce processing time and costs and efficient customer care for billing inquiries allows for optimal cash flow and improved customer satisfaction.
