LIDS Partners with hybris to Create Best-in-Class B2C Commerce Experience

hybris B2C Commerce solution enables LIDS to improve digital content management and create a more personalized customer experience

LIDS previously relied on a homegrown legacy system that has performed well over the past 15 years but wanted to replace it with an enterprise level commerce platform with all the best in class feature/functionality possible.

To support its aggressive omni-channel growth strategy, LIDS selected the hybris B2C Commerce platform, an exceptionally robust commerce solution that allows brands to unify customer interactions and transactions across products, brands, geographies and communication channels. The platform will also feature the following solutions to improve LIDS’ management of digital content and its ability to create more personalized customer experiences:
