As the manager of this team you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining eCommerce solutions for our international customers. The role is based at one of our offices in Munich, London or Gliwice.

The Application Support Manager is a key leadership role and is primarily responsible for building and managing the application support and maintenance team that allows us to provide high quality application support and maintenance services to our international eCommerce customers. The role involves occasional travel.
  • Your Responsibilities
    • Managing customer relationships
    • Budget and revenue management
    • Defining SLAs
    • Defining and implementing key process and procedures, e.g. incident/problem/event management
    • Coordinating support and maintenance activities, keeping resources on schedule and budget
    • Recruitment and line management of the team
    • Personal development of members of the team
    • Working closely with project teams to coordinate successful project transitions
    • Coaching and mentoring team members
    • Collaborating with other hybris teams to explore synergies and share knowledge and experiences
    • Managing the work environment
  • Your Qualifications
    • Good verbal and written English
    • Degree educated
    • Leadership experience in an application support environment
    • Experience Managing hosted environments and software deployments
    • Experience in software development project environments
    • Experience and knowledge of ITIL processes and practices
    • Experience working with Java web applications
       
    • ITIL certification and interest in Agile methods as Scrum or Kanban are advantages
