...Leading analyst company positions hybris in both its MDM and eCommerce Magic Quadrants...

hybris has been included in the most recent Gartner Magic Quadrants for Master Data Management (MDM) and eCommerce.  With the expansion of its operations during the last twelve months into the US market, as well as further expansion in Europe, hybris has increased its global market presence and profile, helping some of the world’s leading retailers and manufacturers such as Puma, Blaupunkt, Henkel, Norgren, Sika, Grundfos, Neckermann, Lufthansa and Zavvi (formerly Virgin Megastores) manage their eCommerce and multi-channel commerce operations.  Using a combination of best of breed solutions in eCommerce and product information management (PIM), hybris brings flexible solutions that give companies an easy to manage and effective one stop solution to manage their multi-channel businesses.

Ariel Lüdi, CEO of hybris, said; “We are very pleased to have been included in both of these Magic Quadrant reports.  In my opinion, this reflects the reality of how businesses are using and benefitting from our leading multichannel commerce solutions and also the strength and success of our business and vision in the market.”

According to the eCommerce Magic Quadrant report; “Today's buyers desire Web sites to speed up the process of finding a product, enable comparisons of products, provide tools to help buyers understand the product, and have community-based information to help them to make the final buying decisions — all with knowledge of "who" they're serving across multiple points of interaction. Online sales have become a rich interaction — that is, "me focused" — and is part of the large Web and CRM strategy called e-CRM.”

hybris’ software solutions facilitate the central and media-neutral administration of product data. Consequently, they create a “source of truth” for product information in the company. This information is then utilised in turn for hybris applications in e-commerce, e-procurement, catalogues and database publishing.
